Welcome to the Pahaquarra District Website. The Pahaquarra District is one of 5 geographic districts of the Central New Jersey Council, Boy Scouts of America. Pahaquarra District serves all of Hunterdon County and most of Warren County. The Pahaquarra District was formed in 2008 from two merging districts, the Jenny Jump and Hunterdon-Arrowhead Districts. The district is comprised of about 70 Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, and Venture Crews with nearly 2900 youth. The district runs many activities and trainings throughout the year. We also run two excellent Cub Scout Day Camps and Yards Creek Scout Reservation in Blairstown and at Round Valley Youth Center in Lebanon.

Our monthly roundtable is held on the first Wednesday of the month at the North Hunterdon High School on Rt 31 in Annandale. All leaders are encouraged to attend. This is where you get the latest announcements on what's going on in the District and Council. Also its an opportunity to talk and network with other scouting volunteers. We hope to see you there!

The district is lead by a team of volunteers and one professional. Their responsibility is to make sure that scouting is strong in the areas of Membership, Finance, Program, and Unit Service. The District Committee meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and the District Commissioner Staff meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Both meetings are held at the NJ Water Authority Annex on Rt 31 in Clinton.
