EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009 at least one leader listed on your tour permit must have completed the training for Weather Hazards. Please encourage your leaders to visit the on-line training website (http://olc.scouting.org/) and complete this training. Please print your certificate after you have completed the training and send a copy to the council office to ensure that the training gets entered into your record. It is very important that this training be completed, so that your tour permits can be completed in a timely fashion. A new local permit form is available at the council office.
